Illegal Pricing Going On. Items cleared marked as one price and a higher price appears on the label. 7 eleven came out with a brand of drinks clearly marked as .99. This store marks them up to $1.50. The Arizona brand of drinks, marked as .99 is labeled as $1.05. It doesn't help reporting this to the city or corporate office, neither group has done a thing about it.

If you’re gonna close between 12 am and 5 am don’t make people believe your store opens 24 hrs when it’s not….that’s misleading and lying…made me drive all the way here at this time of the night for no reason.

I have never been disrespected in the manner that I was in all the 60 years that I have been on the planet.The clerk was rude screaming at me asked me if I worked for the FBI when I responded that I was going to report it. The clerk also laughed and said what woman dressed like that I did and called me a man .I was disrespected in a way that Iwill follow up and have this abuse investigated.

Very disrespectful if the sign say close at 12 and I arrive at 11:10 I should be able to enter the store with no problems. It’s cool south Capitol won’t be open for long. I’m calling headquarters in the morning. They always dirty. Employees never do their jobs always getting shot at or beat up cuz they think they can talk to anybody any way they want

Everywhere else in DMV summer time big gulps are 79 cents ....here they charge $2.50 plus tax the clerk's africans nasty attitudes and don't treat anyone with respect rude I understand you have to be tough to work In the hood but not to everybody ...." Its simply not safe to patron this establishment! People are always begging in front of the store no matter the time of day, customer service is not ideal not to mention the establishment has become an eye sore! Even with police in front of the store it does NOT discourage thieves or vandals!

I have lived in this neighborhood before this was a 7-11 and it's awful. The employees are rude and you can not go into the store without at least 2 people begging for change, not to mention it's also a SMALL store.
