Aside from almost passable Chipotle food, this location is horrendous. Staff is mediocre and unclear if anyone knows what is going on. Restaurant is tired and in need of an refresh. Avoid if at all possible. This location is not going to lead Chipotle's resurrection.

I didn't get to eat here. They close at 6 and they didn't want to make more rice. Or beans. So I went elsewhere.

NEVER ORDER ONLINE FROM THIS LOCATION. They Always forget items. This is my 4th time ordering, thru the app or DoorDash, and every single time they miss or forget an item. Today was the guac on the chips that I paid. The receipt says clearly, CHIPS AND GUAC.
The app doesn't have any link to do a complaint, so I'm filling a chargeback with my bank. Never ever again from this store.

They told us that could not accept Chipotle gift cards... Which was the main reason we chose to go there....Yet they sold them. They were not very friendly. They did not carry all of Chipotle's advertised menu items. They did not have fruit for my children's meals.

They never answer the phone no matter what day or time it is. & this chipotle isn’t even always busy after uh certain time. Customers be having concerns to.’ Learn to answer the phone please

They gave me one of those sideways burritos where you're just eating plain rice for an hour and then have three bites of just straight up guacamole, etc. I had to give up and go somewhere else for lunch.
