The staff is so nice and welcoming! I recently stopped supporting Starbucks and Peet’s coffee is a great choice and the staff helped me picked a good drink and now this is my new coffee home!

Recently had a falling out with Starbucks over the lack of professional service - nationwide. I was searching for the new best place to go for coffee and I would say I am not disappointed! I’m impressed actually! The ladies in here this morning were absolutely helpful and nice! A far cry from what starbucks has turned into! This is enough to make me loyal. Not to mention the coffee is actually pretty damn good! I had a latte and the drink was actually cared for… not just made.

Great service, friendly staff, excellent coffee. The baristas are friendly and knowledgeable, and they make sure that the drinks are prepared perfectly, while remembering who you are!. The atmosphere is always clean and the decor is modern and inviting, what you'd expect from a Peet's branch. Lots of seating and outlets for working and studying.
The only downside is the parking situation—it's only street parking, so it can be difficult to find a spot. Fortunately, there is a Harris Teeter parking garage nearby, so you can park there and walk to Peet's. All in all, 5 stars.
