This was a unique place with a lot of options and some cool process of ordering sandwiches in DC. I enjoyed the experience but the fat was not as spectacular as I thought it would be, or as advertised as a superior sandwiches. I had my favourite, the cheesesteak and it was unique, but nothing to write about.

Friendly service and they move pretty quickly. You pick a paper bag with the type of sandwich you want on it then customize it by checking off the other ingredients you want from the list on the bag. They have a bag for vegetarian, that I made vegan (white bread, lettuce, bell pepper, hummus, tomato, mushroom, spinach and red onion) toasted deliciousness!

Service is excellent!! This was my first time to Which wich and we wanted to pick up a quick lunch to take to visit my Great Aunt while we were in town. Every person I came in contact with was awesome. Jerimiah helped me get my order together and he was so patient because I just wanted a variety to choose from, no knowing anyone's specific order. Will definitely let my family in the DMV area know to stop in.

Ordered a super thank-you turkey, but my sandwich never came. Brought it to the attention of the cashier, and he took my order again and gave me a free large drink. Tad bit pricey, but for what was the best sandwich I've had with unmatched customer service, definitely worth a try if you're in the area!

Very friendly customer service and space is clean. I had large chicken sub it big more than footlong. The food itself for the chicken sub is nothing special however I am giving benefits of doubt because this was my first time trying this place out.

Always a pleasure when I visited the GSA Headquarters location of Which Wich. The staff was friendly and super professional. I stopped in so frequently that they automatically knew what I was ordering before I even gave them the marked up brown bag. Unfortunate that COVID-19 shut them down these last few months, which were my last in DC. Whenever I'm back in town, I'll definitely stop by.
