Loved this place. Prices were very reasonable. Sandwich was delicious. Several different sizes and types of sandwiches. I ordered "the wreck" and it was fantastic! Staff was super friendly and service was fast. Did not taste like a fast food joint. Highly recommended eating here.

Awesome service and food quality here. Even on a busy lunch rush they had this place running so well. My work crew and I were in and out in less than 10 mins. Great spot for lunch

Good customer service. The sandwich was so yummy. Not too expensive-I guess. Only complaint is the employees were talking loud enough for us to hear and we sitting kinda in the back by the restroom. They were talking about some of everything with profanity and all. That could be a turn off for some customers. But in dealing with the customers the interactions were good customer service.

Lunch service was great. They kept it efficient like a factory process and people moved in and out quickly. Got the Original on white with roast beef and provolone toasted and it was excellent as always.

This was our first time ever eating at a Potbelly's Sandwich Shop. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Even though nearly everyone in the joint could probably see that we were "first timers" all the employees were very nice and accommodating and helped us through the process. They never got angry at us nor short with us. The food was amazing. We told ourselves that we were only going to eat half of our food so that we would save some for later in the day, however, when we started eating, it was too tasty to put down! We ended up eating all of our food and wished that we could have tried it again after we left the area!

I enjoy this Potbelly. It is always clean, the staff are friendly and the food comes out quick. I am not a fan of the salads. The hot sandwiches are always good. Keep up the good work and commitment to uphold a good customer service to everyone that walks into the door.
