I went to Willie's Brew & Que having only had an apple to eat all day. That was totally the right move! We ordered the pretzel bites and burnt bacon tips as appetizers, and 2 meat (pulled pork and brisket) + 2 sides (Mac & cheese and hush puppies) meal. I totally enjoyed it! The two of us weren't able to finish our food. This establishment was following the city's Phase Two guidelines. We were eating out on the patio, and other guests were seated at least 6" away. The bartender was the only server, so he was busy. There was at least one other employee who helped delivery food. It worked well for us since we were taking our time. Overall, a nice atmosphere and good food.

Super tasty! Joined an alumni event here. There was about 60 of us there. Happy hour prices were great. The pulled pork sliders and burgers were amazing. Pretzels and beer cheese are also a must try. Great space for a group. The dinners in the dining room looked great too. I'll be back soon.

Randomly came across it walking around the wharf on a Sunday afternoon. Met with a great energy and fun waitress Mary. Was very early and slow but clean and nice spot. Big square bar. She recommended the Bloody Mary. Promises me a chicken wing it so how can I say no?? Not only did it come with a chicken wing but fried pork belly, shrimp, celery, and a slider burger. Was unreal basically an appetizer there. Friend had bacon burger and I got a grilled cheese with brisket on a toasted garlic bun. Both delicious!! I’ll be back the blood Mary was an experience!!! And want to try more bbq

The food here is NEXT LEVEL, but the service is kind of trash. It will take you ages to order and receive your food(if it’s correct)... However the whole place is surprisingly clean and fairly priced. You need to get the beef and pork. The cornbread is out of this world, but they only give you little thimbles of butter. They allow lousy live bands to play here occasionally but I would still label this as a “must visit” of DC. The open air aesthetic is great, and there’s some nice outdoor seating. There’s shuffleboard in the bar, but they don’t maintain the sand at all.

The service was reasonable quick and the surf and turf burger was very good. The bun and sauce we're the stand out parts on the burger. Do be aware that this is a very messy burger. The mac and cheese for a side was ok and quite cheesy and most people in my group thought it was pretty good. The pickle spear on the side is a nice touch.

Great bar with plenty of food options right by the wharf. Don't be fooled by all of the overpriced establishments by the stadium. Willies has great game day beer, food and especially wing specials. They offer plenty of different sauces for your food. There is complimentary popcorn. I loved the high ceilings and plenty of TVs to catch all of the games.

Ok, I was hesitant about coming in after reading the reviews, that would have been a mistake. It’s not the best barbecue I’ve ever had but it’s good, bartender was super friendly and recommended a fantastic smoked half chicken, it was really good. Glad I didn’t read too much into the bad reviews. I would come back for sure. It was a Monday night when there wasn’t a game, I had a very little wait and the food was hot.

Stopped in for a late night cap drink. Maybe it’s busier during ball games but it was just us at 11 on a Saturday. That being said the staff was very friendly and even comped us a few drinks. I can’t speak on behalf of the food however.

I had the pulled chicken sandwich, creamy coleslaw, and the potato salad. Best smoky pulled chicken I've had in a while. The flavors were on point. I definitely will be back to try out the rest of their menu.
