Great sandwiches and super friendly staff. We came in while they were already closed, but staff was so nice to make us a sandwich. A warm welcome after a long day of traveling.

Great customer service, my online order was missing so the guy I spoke with made it for me and also offered a free drink for the inconvenience. Not sure his name but it was on July 31st at 7pm. The guy that wears a head scarf! Thank you

We were visiting D.C recently and Potbellys was just down the street near the Van Ness Metro station from where we were staying. We had to go back multiple times because the sandwiches are just that good. Friendly people and great tasting sandwiches.

I've been to this location three times. Each time, I've interacted with different team members. The personalities and friendliness of the team there is top notch. I've had some good laughs and conversations with them. The location is always clean, the service is fast, and the sandwiches are tasty!

Excellent go-to for a quick, cheap and tasty lunch. I always order a sandwich to go (and it's always ready on time), but it's a nice spacious place to eat in too and has some outdoor tables. Staff are friendly and good at their job.

I loved this shop! Due to the pandemic, I'm sure, a few items were out. No big deal, the sandwich was still absolutely delicious. Sad I'm from out of town because I'd be a regular here. My compliments to the staff. They were very kind and made good food

One of our favorite lunch destinations. Good food, fast and friendly service. Plus, when we don't want to leave the office we can always get food delivered. They've had delivery service even before the pandemic.
