Placed an online order and food was ready pretty quickly. Unlike most I’ve been to, the food pickup area is closer to the door, on your left as you come in.

Chick-fil-a lives up too its mantra of quality service, smiles on faces and good hot food. Even with tons of teenagers after school, the staff handles the crowd with finesse. After 2:30pm weekdays, there is always a crowd of teenagers but NOT any trouble.

the food is always good and prepared quickly. customer service is friendly as you should expect from chick-fil-a. save time and use their app, app has pretty accurate order tracking now.

So this one don't serve the spicy chicken tenders yet . The service was fast even though it was crowed which is to be expected because of the location. Food was fresh ..the guy making the milk shake was kind slow maybe he was new or just going his pace.

Terrible 🤦my mouth was waterery for a buttermilk chicken biscuit and got it on a hamburger bun🤦and no pickels on it. If I wasn't running late for work I would've took it back

This chick-fil-a is run well. Staff is attentive and they get orders done is 'alright' time. Only problem with this place is how busy it can get and then how dirty the place can seem on some days, but that's kinda expected here. There's no parking here either if you were wondering, but that should be expected. Otherwise, still a good option in Columbia Heights.

My food came super fast even though the line was all the way to the door. They have fast service and the location is relatively clean considering the traffic at this place. Staff is friendly and always willing to help! And the manager is very generous!

Chick-fil-A is the same everywhere to me...food-wise, anyway. As for flavor and quality, their consistency is their brand and I like the brand. Location, customer service, spaciousness, public accommodations and cleanliness seem to be incidental. This particular location is in an extremely busy, highly populated corridor of the city and the physical upkeep of the place suffers because of it. It's a smaller space, kinda tight and can become full in an instant. Despite the size constraints and frequent disarray, the food is always hot and good and the staff is always fast, friendly and helpful. I like it.

The friendly staff keeps the long line moving at a rapid pace. The food is always fresh and you can tell they filter and change the oil as needed to keep it really enjoyable for a foodie like me. I have taken many friends here for their first Chic experience and made every one of them a true believer. Check them out when the opportunity presents itself and you will return again and again.
