I have been going to this place for 5 years. I never had a bad plate. I've tasted it all. If you like or don't mind spice the Jerk Chicken is for you. The Fricassee Chicken is delicious! I love the Oxtails! The cabbage is not seasoned now but it used to be seasoned & spicy. Don't know why but I happen to like it because the meat & rice and peas has so much flavor. I like the balance. Sorry for anyone who had a bad experience. My meat, rice and peas have always been cooked to perfection! 😊

Very good food. I've tried most of the items on their menu. I keep coming back for that oxtail. It's delicious. It falls off the bone. Seems like when I order other dishes they're inconsistent. One day it'll taste unbelievable the next not as good. Fried dumpling and maintains are FIRE!!! If you haven't tried this place definitely try it out and I would recommend you trying the oxtail first.

This restaurant is very nice and the food is great. My experience there was just fantastic and I had no problems and no worries! This Jamaican restaurant has good flavor in it's food and brings flavor to the community!

Oh so good. My girlfriend and I were visiting dc. We stumbled upon this place while exploring. This was the best restaurant that we ate at while we were there. Even better than seemingly 'fancier' places out by DuPont circle. Great prices and great food. We loved the jerk chicken and curry style chicken. Next time were in dc were definitely coming back! The staff was incredibly friendly.

Good Jamaican food FAST. I stopped by here to pick-up lunch today with a cranky one-year old in tow and was out in 5 minutes. The food was delicious and pretty substantial for the price. A small jerk chicken order (juicy, tender, my mouth waters thinking about it) included a mound of beans and rice and some sauteed cabbage (really good!). Plus they have a really wide selection of Jamaican sodas and even ice cream! The staff was really friendly too.
