Came to DC with my friend for the holidays and I can honestly say that Bourbon was a perfect place to end our trip! Marcos is a great host and knows how’s to show you a good time! Drinks were fantastic, atmosphere was great and the staff were more than accommodating. I’d definitely recommend this place and I know I will be back 🥃

Was here for a comedy show! Happy hours prices where good! $5 for classic bourbon cocktails! Bar food was great as well as the staff! Will definitely be back!

The atmosphere was really nice, it looked super modern on the outside but really warm and inviting in the inside. Even though it was full the noise level wasn't overwhelming. The beer is good and the food was AAAMAAZING I was with four girls and we split a bunch of appetizers the chicken was the right level of crispy and the sweet potato fried the best I ever had it had a wonderful honey glaze. I would totally come again.

Excellent bourbon selection, only gripe is that they were out of one of the bourbons in a flight I ordered (which is understandable) and replaced it with a more common, cheaper, alternative. While they did inform me, it was after serving it. My server saw that I was disappointed, and offered to change it out "if I didn't feel I was getting my money's worth", but I do wish that they had informed me about the swap when I ordered it as I would have ordered a different flight.
But on the whole, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and I would only have taken off a half star if I could.

The bottomless mimosas during Sunday brunch are a great deal! The entrees are reasonably priced for the portion sizes too. We sat outside but it never seemed to be busy or loud, which is often hard to come by for brunch locations in Adam's Morgan. A definite recommendation.

The "barrel" of old fashioned cocktails was a great deal @ $90. Waitress told us it was approximately 10 2oz pours, it ended up being at least 15. Food was excellent, the fried green tomatoes in particular. Service was extremely warm and attentive.

Bourbon is a bit more mature than the other Adam Morgan bars and nightclubs. You're definitely still going to have a packed crowded and top 40s pop music blaring, but somehow between the decor and the people there it feels slightly upscale, but only slightly.
I came here for a friend's 30th birthday and we had the upstairs/loft/semi-private area reserved. It is located in the front of Bourbon on the second level. Only the reserved/a friend you meet along the way can be in this area and we had our own private bartender. You can see the crowd underneath and still be in the party without being trampled over.

Great bartenders who know what they're doing. Food is pretty good. Beer selection is respectable. Crowd is not a bunch of drunk college kids; it's people who can appreciate a good cocktail.

Nice place with solid drinks and pretty good food. Service was a little spotty, but the decor was nice...with the exception of a TV on just about every blank wall space. Would likely come back, but I hope most of the TVs are not ruining the ambiance next time. The Googs say it's $...try again - it's closer to $$$, at least for the drinks.
