7-eleven

Needing to gather some supplies in the very early hours of the day, I can't stop thinking about how much of a beneficial resource this location was during the extremely cold weather of nighttime. During my time outaide, I passed several other 7-Eleven stores which were all closed. Inside, item selection has a surprising amount of drink and snack varieties. However, service was much more uninviting and awkward than I would have expected. Across four separate transactions of about 20 items in total, the cashier chose to not bag our items and to instead hand everyone in my group bags for themselves to use. It was unusual, to say the least, given that the entire five minutes with the cashier was spent in silence.
