Good service, the view is fantastic!
I had no idea this place was here and would definitely love to go back to just hang out. It didn't seem like it was too packed when I was there, but it was also a little windy and chilly.
There's a little alcove with space heaters, however, which made the night bearable despite the cold.
This would've been a five-star review but I felt they needed a better bourbon whisky selection.

Nice rooftop happy hour spot if you're near the area. Menu is decent. Typical DC hotel bar prices and pours.

The is one of the best happy hour spots downtown. It has a great view over looking Thomas Circle. It also has a swimming pool in the center, which adds to it's charm. It is not a very big place and space is limited so you need to get there early to get a spot.

Sexy roof top bar with a great view. Extremely nice wait staff. Not the largest selection of beers or liquors but all the high end stuff you could ask for.
