Super central location and fast service. There’s a large central table with able 12 seats and smaller tables along the sides. It’s inside of the hotel, but also desperate because you don’t have to go through the main hotel lobby. It looks like they used an old hotel office to build this Starbucks because they left some old mailboxes on one of the walls which give it a pretty cool vibe.

This Starbucks is great... located around back of Trump Hotel it is tucked away with a group of workers that are kind and considerate. I had a bad experience at Starbucks Union Station and this Starbucks total redeemed my feelings. I would recommend this Starbucks to everyone. I ordered the Black Tea Lemonade and wow it hit the spot.

I come to DC once a year in January, but this was my first time to stop at this Starbucks. It was amazing!! It was a very busy day and yet all the employees were friendly and efficient. The sweetest, most friendly was Chance at the register! I had watched him take order after order with the most beautiful smile on his face! That is great customer service from a genuinely wonderful person. I told him so when it came to my turn. We visited quickly, took a great photo and I will absolutely be back next year on my visit back to the city!! Keep hiring young men like him!!!!! Let him know my "Mary The Queen" Starbucks cup will sit on my desk at work!

Staff is always nice and greets me with a smile. Not sure why the bad reviews. Customers come in with bad attitudes.. 5 stars for them having the abilities to maintain a positive attitude when dealing with not so pleasent customers.
P.S.
Find happiness in self not a cup...

Staff is great here. Friendly and welcoming. Coffee is hot and served just how I like it. Food selection is regular Starbucks variety, breakfast sandwiches, pastry, etc. No nitro though. Like the mailboxes on the wall, ode to the old post office building. Next to the old post office museum tour entrance on the backside of Trump Hotel.

This Starbucks is the best one I've ever been to. It was so relaxing to sit inside after a long day, and Breezie the store manager is one of the kindest, most pleasant people I've met in D.C. We really enjoyed talking to her, and the coffee was great too!

Service was quick! Well organized and staff was friendly enough. Tables were clean, and had a warm charming feeling. Location was busy, however felt they had enough staff to accommodate. Drinks were good as expected!

I hope the employees see this who were there when I visited. couple weeks back, they were one of the few places open with a restroom in DC because of Covid. My wife and i went in to use the bathroom, and of course for me that means also making a purchase. When we came in they had no expectation of making a purchase and directed us to the restrooms when we asked. As I was checking out the employees were outstandingly friendly and kind. They got along with each-other great creating a very fun atmosphere. The lady helping me gave me great tips on things that were open in DC of which we ended up exploring (the Bible Museum which was mind-blowing and covid precocious. The dining was average starbucks, but the vibe of the place that the staff gave was incredible.

Some don't like that this Starbucks because it is in the same building as the Trump Hotel (as is the Clock Tower Museum). However, I have no idea about the relationship between the hotel and the coffee shop-- or the museum. I do know that the atmosphere is very comfortable, the coffee is good, and the staff great.

The coffee was great and service was service.
But......
Both my phone and my friends phone died, and I’m assuming the workers at this Starbucks pay for the electric bill of the place.
I kindly asked if they could charge my phone in the back while I sit here.
The barista working the cash register told me they have chargers available for us behind couches and under neath couches, and we jumped with joy.
What he meant was “ we have plugs “ because when we checked exactly where the chargers should be, that’s what was there. Simply a plug.
I than asked the other barista and apologized and said I think the other barista miss understood me, we need to just charge our phones, ( both dead )
And I’m just simply asking for a favor, the other barista told me they don’t have chargers.
I’m suppose to believe that? Both very young baristas don’t have chargers? I used to work at Starbucks and I know the type of people who get hired there. So I figured hey, we can just go to Starbucks and ask nicely.
I mean maybe they really didn’t have chargers, but plugs aren’t chargers, and I feel like I was simply told that to just get an answer and go.
Anyways, coffee was amazing! I got it with a smile!
The service was great. I totally would come back, but next time I won’t ask for misc. tasks that just make Starbucks a better place.

Visited 3 times during our trip due to proximity to our hotel. Each time the staff was different but all were cheerful, polite and helpful in offering tourist suggestions or making small talk.
