It serves its purpose. I didn't love it or hate it. I took in a late dinner here after arriving late for meetings at the hotel recently. I ordered a burger and it was pretty good. The fries were fine and in all it served its purpose. It gave me an option for a late dinner where I didn't have to leave the hotel and go out in to the frigid DC winter night. Service was ok.
Great breakfast buffet. Made to order eggs, waffles and pancakes! Lots of healthy choices including fresh fruit and yogurt, cereals, hot oatmeal and a salad bar area filled with meats cheeses and capers. $20 pp and includes tea coffee and chouce of juices.
Great service with a nice, comfortable, quiet atmosphere. The waiter was very calm, polite, and professional when handling other highly demanding and upset customer. Steak was perfectly cooked, delicious risotto, and very nice truffle fries. Reasonably priced for a hotel restaurant - might be rather expensive compared to surrounding restaurants.
However, there was no host ready to greet and seat us when we came. Food took 35 minutes to cook - slightly longer than I expected. Waiter didn’t check on us after the food came out. But overall, it’s worth the price and very convenient for Marriott hotel guests.
Food is good. Portions are large. Wait staff is polite. City prices. Pleasant atmosphere.
Decent food here, but if your all the way to Washington DC go out and eat! Some of the greatest food in the world is here in Washington DC. The atmosphere here seems a little outdated and the lighting is not that great. I dont like to feel rushed when ordering and I felt rushed here.
The food was delicious, the service was wonderful, but it is crazy overpriced.
