Horrible customer service. Cashier refused to accept my promo offer from Subway.com because it didn't have QR code. He wouldn't even provide a reason for refusing to use it. I asked for manager.. tells me "manager isn't available". Seems like management left him by himself. Taste of my sandwich has been better at other subway locations.

I just came to previous location yesterday where they serve me the correct portions the very next day I had to ask the cooker to properly portion of my sandwich and then attempted to charge me extra for doing so won't come back here again

I received a notification that an unauthorized order was placed at this location with my account. I called the store and the person that answered the phone refused to refund me, refused to let me speak with anyone else, and then hung up on me. Horrible!

Absolutely terrible. I got a turkey sandwich. The bread was old and flaky and dry. The meat was okay. I noticed that the tuna salad in the food bins was dark and dry and looked old as well.

Ordered online Italian sub. They sent me a veggie sun filled with green and cheese. I call the location employee asked me if I'm sure accuses me of lying. I told him I took a picture. He back pedal. Waiting on refund. How do you screw up order in a pandemic with no physical customers in store. American workforce gets worst by the day!
