This location is fantastic. Although there are other coffee shops on this same block, I often choose to come here. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, the internet is decent, and the coffee is fantastic! There is a great atmosphere for hanging out but the service is fast enough for a quick on the go drink or snack. Over all a great coffee shop.

The coffee is great. The place was very comfortable, great music and the staff was so kind and engaging. I went there to try something new and the cashier gladly described a few drinks for me until I knew what I wanted. A great place to read, write or to just sit and relax while you enjoy a exquisite caffeinated drink. Definitely returning and I highly recommend it.
Great coffee, but beyond the coffee - the customer care is super. The bathroom is as clean as the store. And the staff is always working to ensure that your experience is top notch.

Staff is tricky: Some servers are super friendly, and they started to make my drip coffee before I got to the counter. Other servers just look super cranky every single day.
But overall my preferred chain coffee shop in DC.
amazing wonderful fun professional and personable... The entire morning staff learned my name in less than a week. They are all my loves. I appreciate them. They make my morning. EVERYTHING IS GOOD THERE. Unlike Starbucks; I don't have to add sugar to my mocha. I don't know what they are doing but other coffee places need to follow suit.
The coffee is super fresh and the staff are very welcoming! Great atmosphere with exceptional views of the city! Where else can you experience this while sippin' on some Joe?? This is a "must see" if you're visiting Washington D.C.! Highly recommended! A++++++
I like stopping here when I'm in the area to get a cold brew. Don't forget to use the Peet's app to get rewards, and you get discounts for items on the menu. Love the nice people who work here. The Black Tie is very good!
Peet's is consistently good coffee, no mistakes, ever. Nice people, respectful of my service dog and always accommodating. Right at the bust stop makes it all the better. Great team, who are a pleasure to see.
We were able to sit in the comfy chairs, and there was a book about the founder, extremely interesting. Looking out the window on the streets of DC was lovely. I had a frozen mocha, and it was very good...and I did get a bit buzzy and energetic, I dont drink coffee often anymore, so when I do I truly feel the effects. Very pleasant.
