Our meal started off with that incredible crusty bread and olive oil. A glass of a red blend was a nice compliment. My son had the salmon which was cooked to perfection. I had the scallops with the corn and bacon mushroom concoction that I never wanted to end... Oh mid course the Margarita of course.... Dessert was the amazing cookies and milk for my son and more wine for me .. We were full, happy and I know ate too much but I really didn't care! Cameron, our waiter was very attentive, just awesome, and Pam saw to our every need...she's a keeper! Would definitely recommend this as a "must do" when you come to DC.

Michael Schlow's newest restaurant located in Washington DC's Glover Park Hotel offers fresh Italian cuisine featuring seafood & southern Italian dishes. This upscale restaurant boasts excellent food, polite service and a lovely decor.
We ordered take out from this place a few days ago. Their veal parmigiana was fabulous, and was a hit with the kids. The burger was to die for. We will be back! Highly recommend!
Came here for happy hour and food was great , the setting was normal , the staff seem a little impatient. The food was smaxkin chicken wings, fish and the breakfast food was on point all 3 times
Came here on a Friday last week. The staff was friendly and accommodating (despite several very entitled guests complaining in a way that was pretty disrespectful to the staff). We sat near the bar and in fact the bartender - Walton, great guy - took our orders at our table. He made a delicious gin martini (we may have had one or two too many) using some type of gin I'd never tried before.
The food was good but not great. We ordered the Beef Tenderloin and Rainbow Trout. The beef tenderloin was very good but the fish was way too salted.
All in all I would come back because of the drinks and bartender, but the food was somewhat forgettable.
The smoked salmon eggs benedict was fantastic!! Service was very nice and welcoming. The whole restaurant had a really good vibe. Definitely worth it.
Ordered a a variety of different dishes. Everything was good. Not amazing enough to make this place my favorite but not terrible. Good locations, iffy parking (none), great service. Not much to complain about.
I got to eat to remember to take a picture of food!!! Eggs Benedict Smdh
We hosted a sit down dinner and dance party for 50 here recently. The staff were extremely flexible, nice and accommodating. Dinner was served efficiently and the food was very good. The outdoor covered deck space worked really well - with fans and A/C splits in case it's hot out and roll-down clear sides in case of rain. We added a balloon arch, flowers and some other decor, but the space already looks festive at night with lights strung around entry and across the roof. The bartenders worked very efficiently so drink line was kept to a minimum. Overall, a great place to host an event.
Hidden gem of a place. Though it is a bit out of the way for premium DC fare, there was no shortage on flavor, presentation or uniqueness. My advice: share entrees and make room for dessert.
Had the fish and chips, little lack luster. Fries were good. Other entrees comming out of the kitchen looked amazing. Probaby a poor choice but sounded good at the time.
We hosted our rehearsal dinner, welcome happy hour, and used the hotel for our hotel block for our wedding this past weekend. Ryan was so communicative throughout the planning process and flexible with our menu. The folks at the hotel were so accommodating and everyone really loved their experience there. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place for out of town guests or events!
