The ramen here is crave worthy! So so good. If the restaurant was a total dive, I would still give it 5 stars because the FOOD! But, it is ALSO ridiculously cute inside. They have created a cozy and eclectic space, which is a perfect lunch escape close enough to walk from my DC office. It is a smaller space, so try to avoid lunch and dinner rush times, but worth the wait if you have to!

Our experience here was pretty amazing, when you get inside the restaurant you'll notice their pretty eclectic designs even the bathroom is decorated.
Their ramen was really tasty and it's packed full of flavor, I added chasu pork on my spider tomyum and I'm glad I did that because the pork was really tasty and really tender, the noodles of the ramen is just the right consistency it's like al dente if it was a pasta noodles. Their fried octopus is on the chewier side but the flavor was really great, we also enjoyed the matcha ice cream sandwich, really good to have after having a spicy ramen.
The only con for me is the tables and benches of this restaurant, they only have a couple of long tables and long benches so that means you have to share table and a bench with other people, I dont mind sharing table with other people but I dont think about the bench because for a short person like me I like sitting really close to the table especially when eating ramen and I cant pull my seat closer to the table because I am just sharing a bench with other people.
But all in all we still enjoyed our experience here and would definitely go back for sure!

I enjoyed my Oki Curry Ramen. The brother was perfect. The portions are worth the price and the fried chicken in the spicy curry brother is heaven. Its small on the inside so I would not recommend for a large party but its perfect for a small intimate group.

Absolutely loved the Takoyaki (octopus hushpuppy like appetizer pictured below)!!! I had the Kimchi bowl which was amazing! The ambiance was intimate and unique. Also, the Sake was refreshing and didnt get me too tipsy. This place is a hidden gem. Definitely worth the DC traffic. Go around 1:15pm to avoid the lunch rush.

Hidden gem! Almost missed it had it not been for Google maps, hehe. My husband had the miso ramen, and I had the curry ramen. The miso broth had nice warmth to it while the curry had some kick. It was tasty and flavorful. The decor is quaint but cute to look at. Definitely recommend!

Had a wonderful dinner here. Super cute, small, and wildly decorated. Many main dishes are around $14 but definitely worth a nice night out. Miso Soup Ramen was perfectly flavored and savory. The Mushroom Bowl was very nice, others said it was too bland but I enjoyed it, you could always ask for sauces to add to it. Also, randomly the coolest bathroom.

I loved OKI bowl so much! My sister and I came here after getting massages at Unwind, and it was the perfect lunch spot. First of all the decor -- W O W. What a fun, quirky, eclectic space full of color and props. Even the bathroom was an explosion of vibrant decorations! It's a small space, but a refreshing walk from the main Georgetown attractions.
We waffled between the chicken karaage and the steamed shrimp shumai. Ultimately, we wanted to try something different, and the picture of the shrimp shumai was too beautiful to ignore. I had never heard of shumai before, but I learned it is a Chinese dumpling. My sister and I were SO happy we went with this over the chicken - it was just as gorgeous as the picture and tasted better than I thought it would. The inside is soft, creamy and everything I want in a dumpling.
My sister had the TomYum which was red chili infused with lemongrass soup, bean sprouts, mushrooms, and lime juice with a giant prawn. The entire thing is fried - face and all! Warning, this is a spicy dish but the flavor was beautifully bold. The broth was a bit too fishy tasting for me, but if you thrive on that then try it!
I ordered the Galanga Ramen and added the pork belly chashu (basically meaning braised). This is labeled as a vegetarian dish as it features coconut milk steamed with galanga root, tempura kale, and mixed mushrooms. I'm really happy I added the pork because I'm a carnivore to the core, but in all honesty I could also see myself having this dish without any meat. Trust me, that's a big step for me!
Again, all I have to say about mine is W O W!!! The broth was insanely delicious - the coconut milk was just sweet enough and the galanga root is in the ginger family, so just imagine that marriage. The absolute star of the dish was the kale tempura. Holy cow! First of all, what a fantastic idea and second of all, it was my favorite part of the bowl. When first served, it's perfectly crunchy then it slowly begins to soak in the broth as you continue eating.
I think my mouth is watering right now. I want this bowl in front of me. Seriously. Ahhh.
Go here with friends, family, dates, or heck, even just by yourself because it's so worth it. Love love love!

I arrived for a late lunch so there was only about 4 of us in there. Service was very quick. I ordered the miso ramen with a soft shell crab. I asked for it on the side but they put it in the bowl... Soggy crab not so good. The ramen itself was pretty good. Noodles were cooked al dente as I prefer it. Broth was flavorful and full. The pork was a bit overcooked.

The curry ramen was delicious! Not incredibly spicy, but had a good kick. I dont think this would be considered traditional ramen, so if that's what you're looking for this may not be the place to go. The service was awesome - our server was super nice and attentive. I will absolutely be back to try the other dishes!

Friendly staff, unique interior decor. Delicious food although would have liked to see a wider variety of ramen dishes. All in all, a perfect place to grab some Japanese cuisine and drinks with friends.

This wonderland is a dining experience you must have. Great atmosohere. The mood lighting encourages conversation flow, or it is also fun to observe the intriguing decorations. Ramen is delicious and come in hearty portions.

Food was pretty solid for the DC area but not cheap, about $25 after tip for a miso ramen ($13) and imported beer ($8). Atmosphere is kinda interesting and bathroom has weird blue or black lights in it. Just odd. I'd give it a 3 star just because of cost but it's good ramen for the DC area.

I've been here a few times and always got the same thing. OKi curry ramen! So yummy. Best ramen I've ever had. It has such a unique flavor and perfect ingredients. The interior decor is also adorable and really cool if you look at all the details.

Read great reviews about this place and they exceeded my expectations! The Curry Ramen is a must-try. Decor and atmosphere is unlike anything I've ever seen. 🍜

The food here is amazing!!! I had the Kimchi ramen and my companions both had the Chicken Curry ramen. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. The Kimchi ramen comes with tofu tempura on top, but I added pork chashu (sp?) to it. The tofu was perfect and would have been great on its own, but the pork was so tender and flavorful, that I wanted to cry with happiness at each bite. The restaurant is on the small side, and it is first come, first served. But the atmosphere and decorations are absolutely delightful. It looks like someone went to a big craft store and a few consignment shops, bought tons of wood and kitschy pieces, and had a world famous designer put it all together to create this hip yet homey atmosphere. Rap music played unobtrusively in the background (I even got to jam to BTS's and Steve Aoki's "Mic Drop" at the end of my meal. That's a SUPER bonus for me!), and the selection of sake, soju, wine, and beer was good enough to make me struggle to choose a drink to accompany my meal. If you're a fan of Asian fusion cuisine, please do yourself a favor and visit Oki Bowl!

The place is very cozy. Ramen is good. Service during lunch is a bit slow but it totally compensate with the taste of ramen. And their bathroom is cool😂

Amazing... OKI Curry Chicken is a must have... Awesome service, good food, good vegetarian options. Broth is not pork based.

I ordered takeout. An octopus leg. Delicious! This was my first visit. Although I've walked past this place for years, I never saw it. The ambiance is nice too. Friendly service. Clean dining area. Small bar. I'll be back this week again for lunch.
