so delicious and fast, server was very nice. i had lobster ravioli and i definitely reccomend it... only bad thing was the portion should've been more with the price.
It has been a great experience. Celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary with some friends. To begin with Ryan was super helpful emailing and communicating on email as I live in the UK. We selected Lillies as the reviews were great and we were NOT let down in any way. The room was laid out well as we booked the "firenzie" and the food and service was super. Special mention and thanks to Arnel. We will definitely recommend Lillies to our friends in the UK who visit DC. Thanks to Sam for making sure that everything went well. 5 stars Lillies.
Pancakes and blueberries. Light and crispy around the edges. Delicious. Blueberries were so fresh. Not over ripe or sour. They should keep the same supplier. I haven't found delicious blueberries like what they served in a long time. If you are visiting the zoo, this is a nice place to stop by for a good meal.
This restaurant was excellent and perfect for our Girls Night! We were seated right away, and the ambiance was chic and cozy. We shared a bottle of the Pinot Noir and had the Bruschetta appetizer which was not too dry & full of flavor. For dinner, I had the Shrimp Florentine, which they made Gluten Free which I LOVED. Wonderful setting, excellent food and great service!
Best pancakes (from my perspective) I have had in years. Fluffy thick inside, firm crispy outside. Savory flavor that's not overwhelming. Cute design on the panda pancakes.
The service was amazing. So friendly and professional and very knowledgeable about the menu. Drinks were very good as was the wine list. Dinner was pure perfection. Gnocchi was perfectly cooked. Tomato Basil soup was to die for...especially after adding a fried mozzarella on top! I wish this was closer to us. I would frequent monthly if not weekly.
Beautifully decorated indoor dinning area. Given the circumstances, service was fast n professional. The waitress opened up once we started talking to her.
London fish n chips were tasty, the date salad was on point (hint: the dressing is very tangy) and the kids chicken tender was yummy. The fried calamari was a bit tender and chewy for my tasting.
Overall the restaurant was clean, including the bathrooms. Well run restaurant!
Lillies was not only yummy, but the service was fantastic, even with it being NYE and only having 2 wait staff(that I saw). Everyone really enjoyed their meals: lobster raviolis, chicken Marsala, Tour of Italy, and the lamb! The lamb was some of the best that I have had in a really long time.

Fantastic little resteraunt with a very friendly staff. Food was great and came out quick.
A wonderful neighborhood restaurant for Italian food and so much more. My friend and I really enjoyed our Manchester Turkey Sandwich and Chicken Parmesan Plate. Dennys was the only server and was very efficient and welcoming.
Lillie's was a beautiful restaurant in the heart of DC. The wait staff was prompt and friendly. i got the Caesar salad with chicken and it was a generous portion size with an even more generous portion of chicken than I expected. The ingredients were fresh and the food came out in a timely manner. It was also a decent walk from the metro station and the Smithsonian zoo. All around a great restaurant. I would definitely recommend and return if I were ever in the city again.
Such a huge fan of Italian food and this did not dissapoint! Love the fact that you could taste how fresh the food was. Also love that it’s a small family owned restaurant but also very intimate setting. Only gave a 4 because when we arrived service was a slow but then we were rushed when the restaurant was closing. Overall great food and good pricing. The tiramisu was also made fresh so I loved it!
