Super fun dining experience! Just outside of the capital so a great place to grab lunch if you're doing a tour or you have some business at the capitol. The waiter was super attentive, the food came out unbelievably fast (I mean really fast) and it was piping hot and absolutely delicious! Everything we tried was great. I look forward to going back to the spot when I can.

Had such a great dining experience at Bullfeathers.
Ordered the fish and chips. Crispy and non-greasy fish. Crispy and non-greasy fries. Well seasoned Cole slaw. Just an overall enjoyable lunch.
Since their location is so close to the nation's Capitol, the decor is unlike any that I've seen before - complete with a playful painting of past presidents gathered together.

Even as a snotty noise kid growing up in the DC area I loved Bullfeathers. And, I appreciate it more as a kid. My onion soup and grilled cheese was magnificent.

A place to step away from the business of politicking... a few adult beverages and a nice meal and you will forget that you just walked two miles to see your representative or senator. Great food and atmosphere. I will definitely be visiting again to relax to the background music and tyranny talked about in the background. Good memories.

Excellent food. Had the steak and cheese sandwich. Very tasty and well balanced in the onion and pepper content. My son (15yo) had the Teddy Chicken sandwich. Two Freshly made chicken breast pieces stacked, and the gravy was excellent. He also had a Cap'n Crunch Shake. He really enjoyed it. 5 minute walk from The Capitol.

We were here for the capitol building tour and looking for some restaurants nearby to have lunch. This restaurant is only a 5mins walk. The food was delicious and waitress was nice. If you looking for something quick, I recommend here.

Have loved this place for years and am never disappointed. I started off with an Irish Coffee - it was a chilly wet day. The food came promptly and was just what we wanted; tasty, generous portions and professionally presented.

Kind of wild seeing early to mid career Hill staffers letting loose at the end of a legislative session. If you want to see political networking in action, this is the place to be. Oh, and drinks were fine, service was gracious given the maddening crowd.

This is a busy place with a nice selection of beverages and food. I had a salad here which was very tasty. The bad points are the fact that the outdoor seats are a bit uncomfy to sit in (there are no pillows on the metal chairs) and the restrooms are not clean.

The service we got was incredible, atmosphere was more of a sports bar while we were expecting more of a restaraunt, that's our fault for not looking into it more ahead of time. Food was great however my $22 spicy chicken pasta had about 3 tiny pieces of chicken, and the beer on tap was lacking variety. I would go back again anytime

Some of the best cornbread I’ve ever had comes with their chili which is also delicious. Their Greek salad had a bit more peppers than I’m used to but it worked well.

We had amazing food & service at Bullfeathers!! Our son fell in love with their dessert. We ended up going 3 days in a row for this delicious dessert. The staff remembered us & our previous orders. We really appreciated the amazing customer service 😊

The food and service were pretty good, and we were able to see lots of politicians/staffers in the restaurant and on the street. Did feel a little out of place in a T-shirt and shorts, so maybe dress nicer/casual.

I visited this establishment with my daughter and my two younger grandchildren.The customer service is bad. We were seated quickly. Our server came by to take a drink order and we told her we were rad y to order our food. Our drink order consisted of a milk, a water, a beer and a glass of wine. Our food came o it before we got our drinks. After about 1/2 hour my daughter's and grandaughter's drinks came. After another 1/2 hour the waitress brought ear the water and asked what I ordered. I told her a glass of Merlot. I was about to take my last bite of dinner when my wine came. We we e there for about two hours at this time. Before we left our table we asked for our bill. When it came she walked away. After about 20 minutes my daughter had to go and find her to pay. Needless to say we will not go back there. I do not recommend Bullfeathers!

Burger was awesome. Service was terrible. Took forever to get our drinks, when the waiter brought our drinks we were ready to order but he took off. After another 20 minutes, he came back to take or order. Finally got our food and asked for more drinks. We were finished our food and ready to leave when he finally decided to bring the drinks we told him to cancel. He dropped the tray and glass went everywhere...he then proceeded to try to serve one drink that didn’t spill and we refused due to glass. Those dropped drinks still ended up on our bill. Complained to the mgr and he gave us a discount...but the damage was done. We will not be back.

It was OK. I had the fried chicken breasts which were served with gravy on top. Pretty good but a little too salty. The waiters "shared" tables, which was strange and made for some confusion when one kept coming over and repeating what the orher had just asked. Also they ran out of scalloped potatoes, which was what a few of us wanted. And that was at 7:00! So, just OK.
