Nice option to have when staying at the hotel. For the overall quality of food a bit overpriced, with minimal selection. While fairly satisfied with what we had ordered, never found ourselves going back all week during our stay at the Grand Hyatt. *The matcha white chocolate cake with raspberry sauce was a sure fire winner, though. 👍🏻

From the time I stepped foot in this place I was in awe. I was greeted by a wonderful man and I can’t make out his name but he gave me the most wonderful experience and great suggestion for me to eat! I was then attended to by his coworkers whom with we shared wonderful stories together. I can’t wait to visit again, the food was top notch and so was my champagne! Great job over there team your doing some Fantastic work !

I sat at the bar and had a great experience! The service was excellent. I had a delicious blueberry smash bourbon drink. The burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavors. The fries were on point. The menu was limited, but I did not mind that. I will be going back for sure!

A wonderful experience in the form of food. Thoughtful ambiance, attentive caring staff and deliciously amazing food. I was recommended the special and the Sea Bass on risotto was great. The sushi was wonderful as well. Pistachio crème brûlée with chocolate cake ended a perfect meal.

I thoroughly enjoyed both of my dining experiences at Cure Bar & Bistro in Washington DC. The location is perfect to proximity for hotels, sight-seeing, and shopping. I had the pleasure of dining with Hakim. His knowledge of wine pairing and the menu enhanced my dining experience. I appreciate Hakim's patience during my ordering process and his humor. He created and nurtured a calm and relaxing dining environment that I enjoyed so much the first night that I returned again for dinner the following evening. I look forward to enjoying the small plates and sushi with Hakim as my server the next time my travels take me to the Washington DC area.

I recommend the deviled eggs and the French onion soup. And glass of prosecco was good. I have to admit I was sceptical at first but this restaurant wasn't bad for hotel food. Expensive though. They charge $14 for a glass of prosecco. It also took kind of a long time to get our food and it wasn't busy.

Went here for Restaurant Week lunch. The food & service were excellent. Had maki and salmon. Both flavorful and we'll prepared. Will definitely go back to try other things on the menu.

Cure Bistro is a nice little bar and restaurant tucked into a corner of the Grand Hyatt hotel in Washington DC. We came in on a Sunday night around 6pm and we're seated in an intimate booth. Our waitress was incredible! She answered all of our questions about the menu and was quick with a smile. I shared the crab and spinach dip, oh boy was that flavorful. My husband had the Cure Burger, repleat with applewood smoked bacon and Brie cheese and an enormous helping of fresh cut fries. C'est magnifiqué! Dessert was a chocolate creme brulee creation that covered 2 inches of a 10 inch bowl. It was interesting but I wish I'd ordered the chocolate gelato. All around really good experience, one we will repeat again.

I was at the hotel for a corporate convention. The food was great, and the service was awesome.

Very pleasant place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lunch specials are $19 and they have two satisfying options. The strawberry lemonade and was a little tart for my liking, but it tells me it is freshly squeezed.
