Nice option to have when staying at the hotel. For the overall quality of food a bit overpriced, with minimal selection.
While fairly satisfied with what we had ordered, never found ourselves going back all week during our stay at the Grand Hyatt.

From the time I stepped foot in this place I was in awe. I was greeted by a wonderful man and I can’t make out his name but he gave me the most wonderful experience and great suggestion for me to eat! I was then attended to by his coworkers whom with we shared wonderful stories together. I can’t wai
I sat at the bar and had a great experience! The service was excellent. I had a delicious blueberry smash bourbon drink. The burger was cooked perfectly and full of flavors. The fries were on point. The menu was limited, but I did not mind that. I will be going back for sure!
A wonderful experience in the form of food. Thoughtful ambiance, attentive caring staff and deliciously amazing food.
I was recommended the special and the Sea Bass on risotto was great. The sushi was wonderful as well.
Pistachio crème brûlée with chocolate cake ended a perfect meal.
I thoroughly enjoyed both of my dining experiences at Cure Bar & Bistro in Washington DC. The location is perfect to proximity for hotels, sight-seeing, and shopping. I had the pleasure of dining with Hakim. His knowledge of wine pairing and the menu enhanced my dining experience. I appreciate Hakim
I recommend the deviled eggs and the French onion soup. And glass of prosecco was good. I have to admit I was sceptical at first but this restaurant wasn't bad for hotel food. Expensive though. They charge $14 for a glass of prosecco. It also took kind of a long time to get our food and it wasn't bu
Went here for Restaurant Week lunch. The food & service were excellent. Had maki and salmon. Both flavorful and we'll prepared. Will definitely go back to try other things on the menu.
Cure Bistro is a nice little bar and restaurant tucked into a corner of the Grand Hyatt hotel in Washington DC. We came in on a Sunday night around 6pm and we're seated in an intimate booth. Our waitress was incredible! She answered all of our questions about the menu and was quick with a smile. I s
I was at the hotel for a corporate convention. The food was great, and the service was awesome.
Very pleasant place. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lunch specials are $19 and they have two satisfying options. The strawberry lemonade and was a little tart for my liking, but it tells me it is freshly squeezed.
At the end of my stay I got a craving for sushi and visited a place that was right in the hotel.
I have to rate the visit very positively. The sushi was very tasty, maybe the wasabi could have been spicier.
I would like to single out the service though. Lilly who served me made my visit very pleas
I had the best experience at this place. The staff treated me with so much respect and was able to provide strong recommendations on what to see in the city. This is what I look for in a hotel bar. Jaime specifically was the man!
Dinned in during our family stay in Grand Hyatt DC. Hakim has been a great, he recommended some dishes that ended up being very delicious.
Delicious food. Service can be slow when they are busy but they still do awesome!!
Day 2 of Restaurant Week was amazing thanx to the great food and superb service from Hakim! Definitely stop by this week if you can. The menu is unique and satisfying.
Solid 4 star establishment with an excellent layout and good service. Prices a bit high, but not uncommon for a high-end hotel in DC.
Maher made this visit SO amazing! Very personable and made great recommendations. He made this experience so much better than our last visit here, and we agree he needs a huge raise!
