The restaurant was very clean with plenty of seating, and the workers were super friendly. We tried the Egg and Cheese sandwich on a croissant with sausage, plus a blue berry cream cheese bagel. They were both delicious and were made quickly. Will be stopping here again before we leave.

Convenient spot for us to stop in to enjoy a quick breakfast. We were able to order ans receive our breakfast sandwiches quick. I really liked the options for cookies, I had to grab a few black and white cookies to bring back home with me. The prices are really good and they have a little bit of everything. My egg ham and cheese on toasted bread was pretty good, simple. The bread was a bit spongey, as if it was not "real" bread. The bagels did look yummy. Hubby enjoyed his sausage and cheese on an everything bagel. Both sandwiches were decent in size.

Had to make a stop that had a restroom and this was the best spot with an clear OPEN sign and a customer restroom that was basically clean. They do have mostly gluten free options based on the ingredients. There may be cross contamination due to them making sandwiches and salad that may contain lectings and gluten, but thats most places. They sell GTS kombucha which was a big plus for me. They also have an assortment 9f coffee and tea + free wifi. Good for ahort visits or lunch

Quite possibly the best BLT I've ever had was from this Cafe. Next time I get back to D.C. I'm definitely going back here to try something else. The two people with me also really enjoyed their food. My favorite part was the guy taking orders remembered what order was for which customer, I was very impressed.

This is a great place to eat! Their food is not only excellent along with their coffee but very ample and quality service. Try their bagel, lox & cream cheese. The best! Very convenient when you need a quick bite & are in DC. Highly recommend!

We stopped by this excellent cafe while vacationing in Washington (visiting from Canada). It was much larger inside and had a wide assortment to eat for breakfast, had the counter snacks we needed for the car and excellent coffee. Nice and clean inside.

Breakfast and sandwich ingredients are always very fresh. Excellent kitchen prep team that work well together. Fairly short wait for your food.

Simply delicious food at a reasonable price. Once you order the food is ready pretty fast, even when the line is long. This is such a great place to grab a bite to eat!

I ate at your cafe while attending the COE Leadership Summit and Policy Conference. It seemed like the entire conference came to your cafe at one time. The line was out the door. But your staff was awesome in moving the line and getting everyone’s order correct and timely. I purchased the chicken cheesesteak sub with potato chips. I wanted french fries but you don’t sale them. I wished my sandwich had a little more meat but it was good. Your restaurant was neat and clean. Your staff outstanding! Thank you for helping me enjoy my time in our US Capitol.

I love this deli. The food quality and service are consistently top notch. My favorite menu items are the mid-day energizer and the volcano sushi roll. The paninis are also really satisfying. They also have a great selection of convenient snacks and beverages.

Sandwiches here are consistently good. Even at lunch hour, when line can get a bit long, they move along quickly. Variety is huge. They also offer sushi, I'm not a connoisseur, but flavor is great and they're always fresh.

Great place to eat. My lunch started early at 11am, so not much wait. Boar's Head meat...makes a great sandwich. The fresh mozzarella panini was great. The sushi was not ready... I'll come back for sure. We weren't blown away for the five stars though, but really good.

Stopped by after arriving on Amtrak at 7am. Made breakfast sandwiches and coffee quickly. Reasonably priced. Ate outside in the patio while watching our bicycles out front.

This place has every drink, and snacks you could ever want! I really liked how quiet it was, and that there were so many yummy different options to drink! Every flavor of tea from multiple brands, lots and lots of types of chips, candies and other snacks! They also have a deli sandwich area and a little frozen yogurt area where you add your own toppings. Great place to grab supplies to have whole on a trip, and they are priced fairly, unlike other places around D.C.

Amazing place to sit down and grab a bite to eat. The food is hot and delicious, and on top of that, it is prepared incredibly quickly. Everything is priced very fairly, and the service is top notch. (they serve Boars Head meats here) It's a place you should definitely visit if you are looking for a quick bite to eat while visiting the tourist attractions in the capital.

So glad to have discovered this great cafe on my first trip to DC. The location is great, the service and food are wonderful. If you are staying in the Capitol Hill area it is a great place to grab a muffin for breakfast or a snack for in the room later. Personally, I loved the sushi! The prices are fair and the selections are healthy and plentiful. Will visit again when I am there in April.
