Burger King

Waited to review after a few visits so this is based on multiple visits. Staff has always been curt, unprofessional. An average 10-15 minute wait for orders. Food is sometimes good, sometimes sloppy and rushed with excessive sauce creating soggy buns. Personally, we've given more business than they earned and I'm over it. Try A&W or hit up a restaurant in town. There are several in the same price range as this fast food joint.

It was around 1 p.m. when I entered Burger King it was very nice and clean. The lady at the counter was also very polite. I was going to order two milkshakes but unfortunately the one time that I want to get them, the milkshake machine is broken. And that's why I have taken one star away but anyways it was a good experience I ended up buying some food. It was a very good experience I will definitely go back there, I just hope next time that their milkshake machine isn't broken LOL

I had to wait 25 minutes in drive through on a Sunday afternoon when there was literally only three other cars in the parking lot. My food order was missing some items, my shake was completely melted liquid, my chicken was burnt, and my burger was not warm. The staff was rude and did not even apologize for the long wait. As I started talking to tell her my shake was melted and ask about the missing food items with my order, she shut the drive through window on me already and quickly walked away. The only reason I didn’t give them a one star rating is because they just opened this location, and hopefully they can recover and get a manager to actually train their staff how to work well together and be respectful and caring to their customers.

I stop for breakfast twice a week, so I guess you could call me a regular ! Today I arrive at 10:25 for breakfast a car was sitting in front of me and the elderly lady that normally takes my order was outside changing the menu on the sign and not taking the order of the person in front of me. So we both waited for her to get back to her station to take our orders. When I got up to place my order for breakfast at 10:30 she said we are no longer taking breakfast orders, I said I have been waiting 5 min to place my order she says no you haven’t I saw you pull up . I didn’t say anything more just drove off. I can’t understand why a Business with such bad reviews would treat customers this way ! I don’t like being called a liar basically by the drive through person . McDonald’s is across the road I will be going there for my breakfast from now on. I suspect that Burger King will be going out of business really soon unless they get their act together which is sad because they’ve only been in business I think about three years at this location.

Would give zero stars if I could. Went through the drive thru. It took several minutes before anyone even took my order. After paying, I was told to park in the side lot and they would bring it out to me. After a few minutes, an employee walked out with several orders, and told me she saw mine was almost done. Waited 15 minutes, and walked up to the store to see what was taking so long. Got yelled at by an employee who said "I told you it would be out soon." A few minutes later, she came out with my lukewarm food. You would be better off going anywhere else in town for better service and better food.
