Pizza Ranch

Just moved to the area and tried this location for the first time a few weeks back. We went on a weeknight and it was rather busy with a short wait for a clean table. Pizza selection was a lot of meat and specials like BBQ, not my jam but I came for the chicken and potatoes any way so no biggie. Except that the chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and everything else was old and crusty. Corn in the gravy, gravy in the potatoes... It didn't look appealing in the least. The dirty table beside us sat that way for 20 minutes before being bussed. I love Pizza Ranch and was so excited to return to the Midwest where we have it. I will give this, our home location, another chance and update then. I will ask to see the buffet before paying... Last time, I left hungry and had to buy a second and edible dinner elsewhere.

Under previous owners I used to go to Waseca Pizza Ranch weekly. Since we have been going less and less due to substandard, food that more times than not has been sitting on the buffet line until it is unpalatable. Most recently I and two other adult friends went. This time almost all the food (pizza and chicken) that was on the line when we sat down was still there when we left. It was old, stale and horrible. I literally didn't eat one piece of pizza or chicken. Just a plate of greens. We did order an Original crust pizza. They put out a Thin crust pizza. (I really don't care for Thin crust ). But other people ate the only fresh pizza that was put out. When questioned about the "Thin Crust" the manager lied and said they don't have that type of original crust pizza. Let me reiterate: Unable to eat ANY pizza or chicken. Lied to about origin crust pizza. That was the straw that broke the camels back. What used to be my favorite Pizza Ranch is now boycotted. Man they had good chicken. NO more, save your money the food sucks. Run don't walk away from the Waseca Pizza Ranch. Lastly, this restaurant doesn't deserve the single star, but there was no way of doing this review without giving the single star.

A great place to eat! They ahve something for everyone and everyone! They seem pretty involved with the community (see pictures of pride decorations for lgbt!!) I know that Pizza Ranch can deliver food and cater chicken and other food as well! A nice variety and they would be able to make a certain pizza on request! Go check them out!

Called to order for delivery was put on hold for 8 minutes, hung up called stated that I wanted to make payment for my order and was asked to be put on hold again, cancelled order have had this happen twice now will not be ordering or going there again. Last order half our food was missing and finally got other half of order it was cold. Very disappointed. Pizza Ranch was better than this, staff is unconcerned with good customer service and cleanliness.

I have never had a negative experience here, the staff has always been prompt and friendly and the food has always been good. I like the selection of pizzas they provide. Every time I have been here they have had meats, cheeses, taco pizzas, lots of chicken, potatoes, and a pretty good salad bar. The soft-serve ice cream is also a nice addition to the experience. My family and I really enjoy eating here and we will do it a lot more over the coming years! :)
