Ordered Boss Burrito with chicken and was left wondering where the chicken and the flavor were. Not sure if this is a location or a chain issue, but I've made multiple attempts and the food is always void of flavor unless its salt.

I went there today and noticed the boy preparing the food wasn’t wearing gloves. What made it worse was the fact that throughout the making of the taco he was licking his fingers. It’s an overall sketchy place. I can’t blame them though. They barley make any money.

It never fails every time I go here I get old tots and I have to order a burrito just so it’s fresh! They haven’t Chan but I’m sure the ppl behide me got fresh things. Prejudiced is real common down here and this place will be closed down soon I’m sure. Their service is so poor! I hate wasting my money and this place gets me every time!

The manger is never there, and when she is she’s unhelpful. They depend on staff for completing impossible tasks. Don’t work there!
Don’t eat the food either they have forgot meat on some of my meals along with finding hair in my food, their fly problems it’s disgusting

Be calling corporate! We opened our food as we went through drive through the burritos weren’t. Even wrapped. Both fell apart as we opened it! The grilled chicken burrito was cold and barley wrapped and seapeing sauce out both ends! I want a full refund this is ridiculous I am beyond aggravated. Shouldn’t get food open it to have it all fall out!. We called to talk to manager and all he said was i guess I’ll have to talk my cooks about wrapping is that all?!? Are you serious your going to be rude to us as your cooks couldn’t even manage to wrap a burrito end serve cold food? Learn to re manage and teach employees to care!!!
