The pork chops were delicious, biscuits & gravy hit the spot, the hashbrowns were greasy needed hid by gravy. Beautiful decore on the walls.
My friend and I decided to give Lil’ Papa Joe’s breakfast a try. She had the country fried steak, came with two eggs, and she chose the pancakes for her side. I went with the Denver omelet, cheddar cheese, add mushrooms, with the biscuit and gravy side. The portions were generous, the price was great and the food was pretty good! They were not busy when we went in at 9:30. Our food and two sodas came in at $23.10. If you’re looking for a decent place to grab breakfast that isn’t downtown, then I would suggest giving Lil’ Papa Joe’s a chance.
I'm from Kansas City ate here for the first time in August, and my partner and I haven't stopped talking about how much we want to go back since. Most amazing omelet I've ever had. I had the Philly cheese steak one, and it was STUFFED with delicious steak and cheese, and the peppers were so fresh. And then I get a biscuit with gravy too?? Fortunately, it still tasted amazing re-heated, because the portions are so generous, I couldn't finish it all at once. Seriously can't wait to go back!
Great spot near Warsaw on Truman Lake for breakfast and lunch. Excellent food and big portions at a good price. Everyone there is very friendly and helpful.
