Clean rooms and very quite, the manager was awsome, took us in when we couldn't get a room anywhere else , even tho she was extremely short on help she was very nice and worked herself above and beyond to make sure everything was kept up. Thank you so very much, I plan on staying again at least twice a year for my business calls up there.

Wow, this place needs a remodel. Rooms are needing some love. Room wasn't cleaned enough for my standards, but I don't blame housekeeping, there doing the best they can considering. The breakfast was a joke. I don't recall seeing a smaller breakfast area in any other hotel that offers it. I was very disappointed with that. The staff was very pleasant and easy to get along with. Parking with a boat was good also. Place smells like cigarettes. Was surprised to see ash trays in the rooms. Only paid 55$ a night, was happy about that. I think I'll try somewhere else next time.

Hotel was very dirty. I opened the draws and they were all sticky with hair stuck to them which was really gross. Almost everything was just sticky in the room. The bathtub looked like things would fall off the walls and it looked super dirty and gross. Overall the bad rating is from just how dirty the room was otherwise it would probably get a higher rating.

My boss booked rooms here. Got done with my work.. checked in, found out i get a handicapped room cause of capacity. So showering is pretty much impossible... n neither floors vending machines work... the breakfast was extremely limited. They had hard boiled eggs I didn't want.. so I had toast.. friendly staff, just not the best hotel amenities

unfriendly, unhelpful staff. You'd swear they knew nothing of the hotel business. Only the TV worked correctly. The WiFi they advertised was "broken," toilets backed up, continental breakfast bar was filthy. We were quoted a price over the phone and online, and they charged us more due a "hockey weekend" We were told we could check out early if we needed to, we could - but they charged us for the day anyway (we left at noon). The reason was their maid left at 11:30 and they couldn't clean the room later. NOT what was told to us when we booked the room. There aren't many options in the town itself for rooms, but I would STRONGLY recommend staying at the Patch next door - much cleaner, though a bit more expensive. $80 a night for rooms at this place, in December. Ridiculous.

Got stuck in Warroad for a snow storm. Wasn't expecting too much as this is Super 8.... in Warroad. The reality is the room was quite comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. All the amenities without overdoing it.... and the price was right. Hotel staff at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Slight ingress of smoke smell into my non-smoking room (104). I'd stay here again.
