Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Do not go to this dairy queen we have been sick twice from it and we also preordered a cake and when we went to pick it up it was not finished. We literally had a birthday party to pick it up for and when II started complaining and telling them About how much they actually screw up but we still keep coming back And they did nothing to fix the problem all they did was call me names and kicked me out of the store. I am definitely calling the Better Business Bureau the Attorney General and corporate this place is not this is not a good place No one is trained to decorate cakes. The employees are absolutely rude and the new owner actually is too you would think Being a new owner you would try to make your customers happy. They don't deserve our service Any of ours. I'll be telling all my friends and family that live up here too not to go to that 1. I talk to the police and might be able to press charges. Then we'll see how rude they are after that

9/10 times they are very quick and very accurate with the order. To be honest i don't believe they have ever messed up my order personally but I have heard a few stories about others, but since they have been under new management I haven't noticed any issues. Be better if they opened up indoors to order at least. Drive thru is too easy to get backed up.
