I highly recommend them now, but I used to advise people away from the Pickle for one reason. They had smoking inside. I went once when it was still smoking and I am sure the food was good, but I just felt gross and didn't want to partake. In June 2020, they stopped allowing Smoking inside and I love it now. The food is in fact amazing! I would recommend them to anyone now. They have really turned it around.

The Pickle is a community staple that's been serving Markle and the surrounding area for many years. They have always served amazing food and been a great destination for weekend get togethers and dinner with friends. They have recently gone non-smoking and done some updating and the place looks great.

Friendly staff, short wait times for food, fair prices and excellent food with a great selection and drinks. Would recommend to others looking for a nice bar to catch a bite or drink at.

The food does not disappoint. The potato plates are HUGE! Plan on sharing or taking enough home for a second meal. The staff are super friendly and very attentive. This is a great, all around small town bar and restaurant. We look forward to making them a regular stop for us.

Always a good meal at the Pickle! Tonight we all ordered a variety of things and everyone left with a smile and a full belly. As usual. The pic is a Chicken club potato. So good with a beer.
