Worst place ever. Disgusting and rude. They messed up our child's order and when my husband took it back up to get it fixed, this is what they did. When we called management she was extremely rude and hung up on me. So my husband went up wanting a refund and they called the police on my husband. They were reported for tampering with food, which in Michigan is a felony! Still have not heard from corporate.

They get no stars the evening crew are so rude I stopped going back in the summer and I figured today I would give them another chance the girl who took my drive thru order was so rude when she give me my card back she pretty much throw it at me. When I received my food I asked the girl to get the manager she smiled and said something smart and closed the window and I sat for a while and no manger was presented but the crew keep coming towards the window. I get it everyone is short staffed but stop holding on to the rude employees that will get you bad reviews.

Been to this location 5 times now and all 5 times they have forgot at least an item or 2. Worst McDonalds location I have ever been to. Employees are clueless to all orders. This location is a joke. Never coming back here and definitely not recommending this location to anyone. Plus ordered 2 double cheeseburgers and only got 1 single cheeseburger my last time. Night crew is an absolute abomination of a crew. Extremely rude and have no idea where they are.

This is the sorriest mcdonald’s i ever seen. i was going there every morning after work. sausage muffin meal light toast hash brown extra crispy like ice in my coke. every time they give me what they want me to have. a hard bun a soggy hash brown a coke full of ice to the top. well after this morning i’m never going back to that location. my sandwich was so hard i couldn’t even bite it. it was burn dark all around the edges. see what they fell to realize is the customer that come there helps keep that location running so they can make a check. this is why they won’t give them 15$ cause they give out 6$ service

I came through drive up as usual. The wait was about 6-7 minutes a car. I figured no problem probably short staffed. Got my order way wrong so I had to go inside. There were 11 people working. 7 of them standing around on their phone. I had to pretty much yell to get someone's attention. Gave them my receipt and the wrong bag of food I received. Waited another 10 minutes for a 10 piece nugget and 3 cheeseburgers. Got my new bag, which was wrong again. Had to wait almost another 10 minutes for the right order. All in all was almost a 40 minute ordeal..... I will not be back...

I am COMPLETELY upset about my experience with this McDonald's. I ordered my daughter a 6pc nugget happy meal with apple slices on the mobile app. I was given 4pc and no apple slices. When I called, the manager was rude! He informed me the "We been just giving double fries cause we been outta apple slices". I asked why I wasn't informed and he asked me "So you calling to complain or you want a solution". His solution was to come back right away or nothing. Since I am upset, I decided end our call.

I noticed the prices have went up Sky High. They also get my order wrong most of the time. When I would order a cheeseburger they used to put three pickles on it and chopped up onions now you're lucky if you get any of that on it.

The orders are always wrong. It takes too long for them to even take the order. In fact they close their drive thru sometimes as well. When their drive thru is open ppl pull in and back up traffic on Hoover. It's a dangerous spot.
