Fast food fresh! Very good food just the way I ordered it. Too much ice in the beverages though. Staff was very patient and efficient. Please post the same specials that are on the windows on the main menu, I couldn't find the 2 for 5$. Keep up the great work... even being SUPER busy, the were at least nine cars ahead of me and my son counted twelve behind us. The flow was steady

Waited a reasonable amount of time to order and then got the food. Since we were out Christmas shopping we chose to eat in the parking lot at this restaurant at Van Dyke and Chicago Rd. When I bit into my burger I ended up with a very long hair coming out of the burger into my mouth! When I tried to call the store to let them know, they did not answer the phone. We will not patronize Wendy’s again because of this!

Soggy fries and the spicy chicken sandwich just doesn't have a big enough piece. Used to be a big piece of chicken, now just thin and mostly breading.

It took 18 minutes to get my food from the Time I ordered it. I ordered a double on cheese, just ketchup mayo and pickles. I got a junior with cheese onion ,tomato ,mustard and lettuce. Nor did I get a spoon for my frosty. You could save alot of money by not taking orders . Just call it mystery ordering, I toss you some money to you & and you just throw some food in a bag got about the same chance of getting it right.
