Sip N' Dip Donuts

Every single time I go here they mess up my order. Wrong drink, wrong bagel, butter instead of cream cheese, egg sandwich instead of bagel, wrong smoothie flavor etc. The coffees are always so watered down with milk and creamer too. I live very close so it's super convenient when I want something quick and on the go but now I actively drive past sip n dip to spend more money and go to dunkin instead. I understand that the masks make it hard to hear but they should be repeating the orders back or have a drive thru prompter to verify the orders and mitigate mistakes.

I asked for a "lightly" toasted onion bagel with egg and cheese and a "lightly" toasted bolo (Portuguese muffin) with bacon egg and cheese and I got a burnt onion bagel with bacon egg and cheese and a burnt bolo with egg and chesse. So it sucked. Probably won't go here again but I do like their iced coffee.
