What a hidden gem! We were on our way to another restaurant and decided to take a risk and try something new. So glad we did! The portions are huge! And very savory! Spices weren't over powering, but they tickled the palate. The server was friendly and knowledgeable.

I enjoy this place every time I visit. My favs are the alligator bites, the catfish appetizer, and the stuffed pork chops. Food is well seasoned. Large portions and reasonable prices. Excellent customer service as well.
Had a fantastic lunch at Bistro. They have the absolute best cajun/creole food around. We have been there many times and have never been disappointed. Andrea the owner makes everything from scratch and you can tell. If you haven’t been here yet and crave a taste of New Orleans I suggest you make this a destination spot. Fantastic experience, with great food, great service, and wonderful music as well! Make sure to get the gumbo as a side dish minimally! And the gator bites were outstanding as well!

Awesome staff, in person and over the phone. Food is clearly made in house because quality varies between visits. Avoid this place if you are on a low sodium diet.
On a good day... Their fried appetizers are excellent, as is their catfish in general. The catfish Pontchartrain is fantastic, a great value, and a great way to try a few things at once. Gumbo is mildly seasoned, I like it, the flavors of the meats and veggies really shine. Jambalaya is delicious, just a tad spicy. Beans and rice, the one time I've had it, was very heavy on beans and included a bit of very tasty sausage.
