Today I had to wait for 15 min or more in this heat & humidity. I had a coupon for buy 1 get 1 Big Buford. I was charged for BOTH! I t was so busy I couldn't get in for service again. I tried to call- NO ANSWER! There are plenty of fast food/ burger joints in a short 1/4mile there! PAY ATTENTION!!!

The food was hot. The order was correct. The people were very friendly. Also their large fries container was actually full unlike some other fast food places. Extra points just for that.

This Rally's is typical of the chain in every way, the line can be pretty slow, sometimes I have gotten completely different orders due to mixups, and about half of the time I get wrong or no sauces, HOWEVER- the food here is always really fresh and hot, and the staff is friendly and understanding with fixing orders. I really love Rally's, and this location does fine.

Little place, no longer inside seating. Just outside tables and drive thru. Foods good it's Rally's can't really go wrong here. Staff were nice

Store sign says closes at 3am M-F and 4am Saturday. Just went there and the girl rudely said we're closed becuse of short staff. If your restaurant is short staffed and closes early customers need to know in advanced. Especially for the food deliveries. Very unprofessional,rude and an attitude. If i could give zero stars i would. Place is a joke! Get your restaurant together, or hire people that have more rsspect to their customers.

I just left Rally's on Saturday January 8th at approximately 5:50 pm. My order-taker was one of the friendliest people I have ever come across. Food was fast and hot, what more could I ask for.

Waited in line with 12 cars ahead of me. Burgers and fries were extremely cold considering the food should have been warm due to the rush. No napkins were in the bag. Impossible to make a left turn out onto the main street. I rather drive to Akron or Cleveland and get better service. Came all the way from Campbell and I'm very disgusted. I will say the bacon on my burger was the best part of my meal LOL
