-They need to fix the display on the speaker, says closed for the night ... it was 3pm and open. It was displayed when I stopped for lunch (1pm) about 2 months ago as well -The person on the speaker needs to keep her mic muted when taking with someone else instead of getting snotty ("please hold on") with the customer when the customer says "pardon me". -The young man that accepted the payment as well as handed out our food; was very polite. -The cheeseburgers were fresh -The fries were okay, could tell they'd been sitting for a little bit.

The worst White Castles in the city of Detroit and Warren. This the only one I've been too in the past 10 years that serves old and cold food. Today, I ordered 6 sandwiches, 2 breakfast sandwiches w sausage and bacon, 2breakfast sandwiches plain with sausage and bacon and the two chicken breast meals add bacon two of the sandwiche meals with a smoothie. After I paid the 2 breakfast sandwiches w sausage and bacon was correct and 2 chicken breast sandwiches had no bacon and my smoothie was okay. I was missing my fries and the bacon I added to my chicken breast meal and my 2 sandwiches that's plain. Waited 15 mins for some more cold food to be handed to me but the plain sandwiches was rt. The chicken sandwiches never was remade and the patty taste old. I disposed of the fries in the trash they were nasty once I got home. I spent over 20$ and no one enjoyed they meal. This is sad. The owner really needs to clean house. I will drive out of my way to get better quality food from another White Castle. Now that's sad 😔 when this one is 3 mins away.
