Chick-fil-a

We went here for the first time. The waffle fries go with the ketchup and if you like cheese sauce, I would recommend it! There is an indoor play area for the kids. The staff was helpful and told me to turn in the puzzle for an ice cream! The people were kind too and explained the kids area rules to me. A+ experience today!

Chick-fil-A is my favorite fast food restaurant. None others even come close. This location is especially great. The staff is always incredible. They're friendly, responsive, and they get things right every single time. CFA employees are always a higher caliber than other fast food places, always. The food here is always hot and fresh when it gets to you. Always. So many other places give you warm fries or stale nuggets or something. That doesn't happen here. No soggy buns, no cold fries, no air temp chicken. It's always hot and fresh. Their Mac & Cheese is awesome especially when you pair it with a spicy deluxe. I could eat that every day and die happy.

With no frame of reference to compare to, for the first time in my life, I ordered something with coconut on it. And I really enjoyed the shrimp crusted in toasted coconut, so much so that it may make my try more coconut in the future. Restaurant was clean, service good, facilities kept up; very satisfied with this visit.

Everyone loves this place so much, they put order takers out in the drive through to take your order and speed things along because there is usually about 20 people driving through the 2 drive though s. Know what you want before they get to you. You're not at the menu when they come to your car..

They make those drive thro girls carry too much. I saw one drop the register strapped to her. Seems inconvenient. Food was good. Staff complimented my lgbtq+ stickers and my Ukrainian flag stickers which made me so happy. I was happy about the nice staff. Unhappy about how the top of the Mac and cheese looked burnt.

Decided to drive 20 mins to get my employees lunch. Get all the way back to our shop just to find out we are missing one of my employees food. I called to complain and have them bring out the food. Dan the manager refused to have a Uber eats or another driving company bring out my employees food. But will give me a voucher for the amput of the food so I can later order from them. That doesn't help give my employee his lunch and that's just another 40 mins of my time and gas. Pretty sad there are alot of driving companies out there and he flat out refused to bring the food out. What ever happened to satisfaction guaranteed?! We are a buisness and if we make a mistake we go out of our way to make the customer happy and to correct the mistake. We will not be returning to them!
