Ordered the 2 for 25 and picked the cheeseburgers. Also got the oriental chicken salad yummy 😋🤤. Everything was fine until we found a big black hair in my daughter's burger 😧 gross! At least they were very nice about it and took the burger off of the bill! It just ruined our appetite after that.

My food was good. Nothing spectacular happened. Waitress was okay. The hostess was friendly and welcoming. Food was fast and filling. No complaints. Id come back again.

We came at 9:31pm last night. This was our first time here. Our server was Ariel and they were really busy. Our food was ready in a few minutes. The food was hot and good except for one giant piece of broccoli that wasn’t cooked. The ribs were decent for that kind of restaurant. Ariel had a lot of customers and kept us waiting a tiny bit, but she was fast and kind. I tipped her generously. I rate 5 stars because they seated us close to closing, it was super busy, the food hit the spot, one of the managers came to greet us and bid us a great night and our server did a fantastic job in all of the chaos.

Great experience this time! Good food, great atmosphere & an amazing server! The bartender Frances was fire! She was on it and made sure i was attended to from start to finish. Yeah, Applebee's is Applebee's but today, my lunch was surprisingly, really good! Thanks Frances!

I ordered over the phone. Went to the curve side pick sharp on time but I had to wait 25+ minutes I have texted to the number it was shown on the sign and reply someone will being the food shortly and no one even come out from the restaurant. Then I decided to inside and asked them for my food. Then they said food is ready!!! I took them home. I have never eaten this type of worse steak ever in the US. It was saggy and almost burned it. I actually ordered medium well and came out this. Also the chicken casadilla was salty and not crispy enough. Shrimp n chicken was bad. They cooked it but added spices and too much salt.
Worse experience. Will never go again.

We had a great meal and had a wonderful waitress! Gloria was great! She went above and beyond to make our experience not just great, but fun! Gloria will be my waitress everytime I return. So, if you go to the Applebees on 12 Mile and Van Dyke, ask for Gloria, you will not be disappointed!!

Unpleasant experience, They served us drink after that I didnt see no sign of server anywhere, Then we were moved to different table still we couldn't order. We ordered food after 30min waiting. SILVERWARE WAS GIVEN AFTER THE FOOD BECAME COLD!! THEY ARE UNCLEAN!..FOOD WAS SALTY, NEVER GOING AGAIN

Service was great and the staff was very friendly. Even though I was looking forward to some double crunch wings, the drinks DEFINITELY made up for it. And our server kandi was absolutely great 😊 they even got together and sung happy birthday to my mom and she really enjoyed it.
