Half the food we got was fairly inedible. The egg mcmuffin was hard as a rock. I asked for a receipt and did not get it. The woman at the window claimed they could not find it but assured me "they didn't mess with the order because it was through the app." well the reason I wanted a receipt wasn't to accuse you of wrongdoing it was because I was on a business trip and was going to file it in my reimbursement package. You don't need to get defensive if a customer insists on a receipt.

For convenience only I did the drive thru this morning at 10 am. Eventually they took my order but after being at the WI dow for 4 minutes, I drove off. It's still bad in June! Be careful..they make change out of their pockets. It's scary at this location...be WARNED..They are RUDE as can be.

The lobby fountain pop area is disgusting. The kiosks do not give you receipts. The employees did not even acknowledge my presence until she tossed my order (which is as wrong and I only ordered one thing) on the counter and ran back in the back. I waited at the counter to ask for the missing condiment that I ordered on the kiosk and although multiple employees turned to look at me from the back they all turned back around and ignored me. Why have the lobby open if you’re going to be rude and not give any type of service at all?

One of the quickest Mickey D's in the area. Never have issues and or missing stuff etc. And they make my coffee hot and cold,correctly. Yes that's a big deal and yes everywhere seems to mess up my coffees.
This is a true fast food place. It's fast good and affordable.

They said their receipt printer is broken so they don't get bad reviews (even though you can see a pile of old receipts under the counter in the front of the store) and give out their franchise number when you ask for corporate so their complaints don't get back to Corporate McDonalds. They also have their employees do the surveys on the customers receipts and put all positive reviews so the stingy store manager Melad gets her bonuses. Multiple times I have been treated with horrible customer service! A friend of mines you use to work there said that she would beg people to not apply there and to avoid it as much as possible. YOU ALL HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Update: I've decided to try it out again this month and several times I have received a bug in my food or drink. 🤮🤢

Burgers and fries were both undercooked, manager stated she was the one who was running the grill and no one else complained. 100% unacceptable food
