Customer service was good but the pizza barely had any dough. I don’t like thin crust pizza that’s why I don’t go to Pizza Hut. This is the second Lil Caesars pizza that I’ve experienced this.

Last time I walked in, they didn’t have anything but classics Hot N Ready at 5:05. They told me this after they ran my credit card. Then they tried to pawn off a classic as an extra most best. I asked for my receipt, which they couldn’t find. Then the manager had to load paper in the register for the receipt. Done with this store, it has gone way downhill, find another.

Placed an order in the early evening for an 8:45pm pickup. Arrived at the store to find the location closed; never received an order cancellation. Hours show 10:00pm closing. At least two other customers experienced the same disappointment while I was in the parking lot.
Really frustrating. Staffing issues are understandable but this isn’t how they should be handled.

The worst custom service ever. I called in a order for 3 pizzas when I got there they said I only said 1 pizza so I said I’d wait. I WAITED 50 MINUTES, 50! Just for them to say it was never put in the system so they didn’t make it. I asked for a refund because I didn’t have time to wait and the manager was laughing and joking around in the back, when she was giving me my refund she had lots of attitude and was very rude. Worst experience I’ve ever had, not to mention they had no sense of urgency.

way understaffed but the people there definately do their best, not to mention take pride in their work/customer service despite entitled, rude, hawty customers who think hot and ready should apply to when "they" show up 20th in line. people should try to be more understanding and less spoiled/snobbish.

Placed an order online, but when I arrived the store was actually closed. The store hours listed did indicate the hours online. If you cannot staff the store for your standard business hours, please reflect that so you don't take an order that you can't fill. I could have planned to get pizza from a location that was ACTUALLY open.
