Chipotle of Niles Ohio, gave me this carryout Burrito bowl with double meet. There was nothing in it. Got home and saw the picture below. Tried calling them. All 3 times it rang until they disconnected me. Never again folks. This place rips you off and doesn't care!

Why is it every single time I come to this location they are out of chips?! Seems like a simple thing to have on hand. Your store just lost out on extra revenue AGAIN! I go to other locations and they're never out of chips. It's actually a huge reason I come to Chipotle in the first place vs the competition. Might seem trivial, but when you're planning a meal and are looking forward to a menu item that SHOULD be available only to find out they are out once again, it's frustrating and infuriating it happens so often here! Who the hell is the manager at this location? Maybe they need more training?!

My kids truly enjoy there chicken quesadillas an they will not make for you anymore. My kids don’t eat anything else. I will give elm road a shot and hope they take care of a long time chipotle customer that will be saddened to have to go to hot heads if they do not recover from Cortland roads mistakes. The attitudes from the employees might I add was horrible.

The sofritas are a great option for plant based diets. The bowl was good. Not a five star review because the chips are often stale. Need to change those bags out more often.

Ordered 2 items one being veggie burrito the other chicken bowl and the veggie burrito intended for a vegetarian to eat was loaded with steak!!! The place was EMPTY and we were the only pick up order! How do you get this so wrong?!

I asked for a veggie bowl and wrap on the inside of the bowl and this is what I got. Bad female employees with bad attitudes will make your visit to Chipotle one that is not good. I had to wait for sautéed green peppers and I watched her throw them on my food. Really!!!

This location is getting worse by the day. No idea what's going on there and it seems they don't either.
Lunch time rush...you have 1 person serving up food.
Lunch time rush...how are the ingredients not ready to go? For example, couldn't get the protein I wanted because they were out and when she asked for more they didn't have any ready to go...they had to make it.
20 minutes later I left without the meal I came for lol
I love chipotle but this location is going downhill. It never used to be like this. Not sure if it is new management or new employees that are ruining this location though
