Dunkin'

The location is convenient but I really just need to start going out of my way into town to another Dunkin from now on. Wait times are long, employees look miserable/angry, orders are wrong. And the icing on the cake is the curb after the drive through window - if you haven’t learned to avoid it, you will hit it.

When they're good they're good but all too frequently, they apparently do not care. This is the closest Dunkin' to my house. They open at 5:30, but sometimes it's 6 and sometimes it's 6:30. So, at some point they open, but have they got food? You won't know until you wait an exorbitantly long time in line. You will always see at least one person ahead of you leave before ordering. So today, I arrived at 5:45AM. I waited 20 minutes. Then was my turn at the microphone to order. I waited so long there I turned off my engine. Then, the voice I'd been waiting for, "May I take your order"? I placed my usual breakfast order only for them to tell me they had no food this morning and to go to the Dunkin' on Route 9. I let them know how unprofessional they were, only to be told "I've only worked here 2 weeks" Well that made it alright I guess (?) BTW the Route 9 location confirmed when they don't have enough help they just turn away food orders. I wonder what the franchise owner thinks of this policy? I hope this location becomes another restaurant that is reliable and delicious soon. They don't quite make it as a Dunkin' location.

Had to repeat almost the entire order. The attendant did not get the request for decaf till I reminded him. They forgot the muffin. And they did not include the requested senior discount. Finally there were lots of coffee grounds in the bottom of the coffee cup. Worst order ever, and I've been a DD regular a long time

The workers at this Dunkin’ are usually miserable, but this time made me giggle. I ordered on the go and when I went up to the window, the worker asked “you ordered this & that, right?” and before I was even able to answer “no that’s no right” he walked with away to grab presumably someone else’s order. When I told him it’s wrong, he said “I asked you before if it was right” and then mumbled something under his breath. This man had to go back TWICE to get the right things from my order. He was highly unprofessional and had a disgusting attitude. But what can you expect from a miserable worker on Christmas Eve spreading Christmas cheer!
