Lagrande Pizza

I'm a truck driver and was forced to stay in a nearby hotel, got hungry and ordered from LaGrande after seeing pizza huts reviews... the taco pizza is absolutely amazing ! I've never had such good pizza. The spicy garlic wings were also very good. Delivery straight to my hotel room was extremely fast. Made my night away from home very worthwhile. Hope I get stuck out in this area more often. Good job LaGrande Pizza 👍

I was over at the T/A truck stop having some work done on the truck. And I really wanted something different to eat. So ordered the cheesy garlic bread, and a fish sandwich for dinner and a meatball sub to put in the fridge for later... Everything was really good. It surprised me how good it all tasted, even the meatball sub was delicious warmed in the microwave the next day!! I am glad they delivered. And even happier it was free delivery, because Grub Hub and those delivery services are a total ripoff. There's a good selection and I believe there is something for everybody...Enjoy!!

Pizzas at LaGrande have been delicious until today, June 16 about 11:30 a.m. My so picked it up and brought it home. When we opened the box we were very disappointed. Part of the pizza was bubbled and not covered with cheese or other ingredients. It looked rather disgusting. I hope this doesn't happen again. No, it had not been dropped. I think we'll take a break from this place until they get their act back together.

Very bad experience tonight with la grande. Very poor customer service. I had my lunch delivered at a facility I was working at tonight and apparently they expected me to stop taking care of one of my residents so I can run up and pay for my food. I understand that they want to get in and out but my patience come even before me eating. This driver came into the facility was rude and was loud at night at a time when our elderly sick residents we're trying to rest. When I called and reported him to the manager the manager was just as bad. I asked him what was I supposed to do stop taking care of my patient? He replied yes. He proceeded to try to put me down and say why didn't you put your meal on a credit card don't you have a credit card? He also said well I suggest you pack your lunch next time. Really what kind of customer service was that? The so-called manager continue to argue with me and take jabs at me trying to belittle me. He even suggested that I don't know how his kind of business runs. Correction I ran a chain restaurant while still living in New york. I was the general manager of the restaurant. I did all the ordering and hiring and terminating and everything else that comes with being a manager so I understand his job quite well. Bottom line is I will never ever order from la grande again. Although the food was good the customer service was horrible. I will not give an establishment my support and my money when they really don't care about their own customers and try to make things right. How would they like it if I was here taking care of one of their loved ones and I stopped what I was doing to run up front to pay for food. They only waited for about 5 minutes for me. Anyway la grande you've lost a customer.
