We were in town to see the Neil Armstrong museum, and a quick search for restaurants in the area turned Al's Woody's Diner up. We decided to go, and I'm so glad we did!
The restaurant is small but packed with fun decor all about The Ohio State. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had a huge food selection, and a good selection on the kids menu.
The kids got the chicken strips and cheeseburger. They both loved what they got and said it was delicious. I got the bacon cheeseburger and it to was delicious. My wife got the appetizer sampler and it was way more than she and I could finish together! The onion rings were huge and great! The potato skins were also quite good. The food mushrooms were huge and just how my wife likes them. The fried pickles were large spears and also perfectly cooked.
If you're in this area, and want some tasty food, don't hesitate to stop in!

First time here and I'll be back. Our food was phenomenal and prices we're great. Only thing was out waitress forgot our food item and it was an appetizer. Eventually got it when our meal was finished. Food took a bit to get but because out food was so good it's worth the wait. Definitely recommend this place. During lent they have fish Friday's and Prime Rib Saturdays.

Excellent little spot, restaurant with small bar, OSU themed and upholstery looked brand new. Food was excellent with huge portions and friendly service, highly recommend it! Had giant BLT and chips for my wife and Woody's Favorite burger and fries for me per pics.

My husband and I had ordered the Rueben sandwhich, oinion rings, chicken tenders, and had potato wedges with our meal. He had a root beer and I had a water. My husband said the Rueben sandwich was absolutely horrible mainly because of the sourcraut. It made it too bitter to eat. Potato Wedges would have been better if they didnt have just plain breading. It be better if it had seasoning. My chicken tenders with the garlic sauce were nasty. Chicken tenders were too greasy. The sauce wasn't good at all. I have had this sauce at other places it was delicious there but here it's a total miss. The only good thing about our entire meal was the onion rings. They were large and tasty. Only downside is that they don't come with a sauce so you have to ask for either ranch or ketchup. Our meal cost a total of $34.74 cents. Worse place to spend our money on. The place was at least clean and waiters were nice. Last thing my water cup at the bottom it had a ring from pop from whomever else had drank it last. It also had pop stuck on the side of the cup.

Literally the worst dining experience of my 24 years of life. Our food took unnecessarily long, while everyone else got theirs. Server was extremely rude and hardly even acknowledged us.

Good Polic fish, fried chicken and deluxe pizza. Waitress was nice. It was very busy after 4pm on a Friday night.

Waited over a half hour for food and it was cold, very bland. Waitress was rude and didn’t seem
to care at all. Everyone else who arrived after us got their food before we did, and it was a very small order.
