If u could give it a 0 that would be my score for this store. What establishment sell chicken tenders but don’t have thawed out chicken tenders at 7pm and they close at 11pm. Customer service sucks & don’t order on their website because there is no way to cancel your order & get a refund.

I showed up at change of shift. Didn't get waited on for at least 15 minutes.
Understaffed,but that seems to be the norm nower days.
Hardee's is not what it used to be. I use to LOVE Hardee's but now I couldn't tell the difference between it and any other fast food. So now I feel meh about it. It's just the way things are.

I paid 22.00 dollars for 3 burgers it took 10 minutes to get them then they where cold as hell and there was no one in the drive thru I am very unsatisfied

My chicken on my chicken biscuit was a little overcooked . Got to honestly say their customer service is getting a little better, i understand how it feels to be under staffed but we have to remember we are working with the public so we have to put our grown girl panties on and keep digging.

No more cinnamon raisin biscuits... thats disappointing. Breakfast was good, but disheartening that they no longer have what they are known for.

NO Stars! Dinner time- I ordered a chicken sandwich fries and sprite-$9.50! Fries looked, felt, and tasted like they were from lunch. Chicken (I think) tasted like fish and very skimpy, no lettuce, tomato, just sliced cucumbers dipped in vinegar. Everything was cold and awful. Girl waiting on me never said anything but "$9.50" Terrible service, awful food too bad for my hard earned money! Will take my money elsewhere in the Boro!

Ordered a small cheeseburger. When I opened it up the meat was cold. Took it back in and told the manager. She gave me another one. Got in my car and opened it up and it was the same problem. The cheese isn't even a little melted. I will never eat here again.
