Taco Bell

Threw all the food away it was disgusting, felt like someone had spit in it. This taco bell is just not right. I love taco bell but also check their reviews this one had fair enough but the food was nasty and everything was smashed up, contacted them through the website and have not heard from them. NEVER AGAIN!!!

First when I tried correcting the women at the window because I saw my order was wrong on the screen she was extremely rude reassuring me it was right. I had to go in and get it fixed and they half hazardly threw our food together. My soft taco was not supposed to be Supreme and it was and my quesdilla and burrito were falling apart and slightly burnt. Absolutely ridiculous and a huge lack of customer service. No apology that my order was wrong.

When I ordered a black bean crunch wrap, that’s exactly what I got. A crunch wrap with one black bean. The other ingredients that did make their way into my wrap were very fresh!! And very tasty. Wish I got to know what their black bean recipe tasted like! I’m sure it’d tasted great, making this 5 stars, but I paid five bucks just to end up getting a tortilla with lettuce and tomato. Other than that, it was delicious.

The line moved very quickly. It was easy to understand the individual as I ordered and vice versa. It is so hard to rate fast food restaurants. I mean, let's face it, when you go to Taco Bell on the east coast you do not expect a true Mexican or Mexican-American experience. So, what can one say. The food was flavored well. The vegetables were fresh. Personally, I really liked the black beans and guacamole. Would I write home about them, No, but they were tasty for fast food. The steak actually had a lot of flavor and really added to the dish. If you do not have much time for a meal or are traveling, I would recommend this Taco Bell.

I ordered through the app, waited for it to say it was ready. Drove up there after waiting 30 minutes and it wasn’t even started yet. If this was the first time it happened I wouldn’t even leave a review but unfortunately I have had numerous issues ordering both on the app and in person. Drive thru is usually on point though. The manager worked quickly to make my wait as less as possible and was super friendly and apologetic. Turned a bad experience completely around.
