Aaron was such a wonderful delivery man. Pizza was excellent I highly recommend. A plus service. Felt bad our neighbor met driver down stairs I had a nice cash tip. Pizza Hut has always been my go to for comfort food. They have the quality and simplicity that has always been there. The Pan pizza crust is still soo good and whether you want a personal Pan or a large pan pizza the flavors will take you back to awesome memories of family,old friends and comfort of growing up. We ordered the new Cajun Fries and they were so delicious! Our Large Pan Supreme Pizza was made perfectly and delivered piping hot! Our delivery driver was so friendly. Great job and thank you Pizza Hut of Walla Walla!

This is the worst pizzas and bread sticks and service I have ever got at this store. Got called a liar about the pizza being the wrong size bye the manger.
The bread sticks where hard as a brick and the pizza looked old like it was a old order. This store need better service and new mangers that are not rude. It took twenty mins. for me to final to get the to give my money back. I hope something is done about this.

Best pizza hut Ive had in at least 20 years. Everything was amazing. I especially appreciated the cheese sticks. For years they’ve been overcooked and it’s been hard to taste any cheese. This orders sticks were cheesy and cooked perfectly. Amazing job. You’ve set the bar high with this order! Thank you 🙏

That the Pizza Hut App should be more accurate with when to pick up the pizza. After 45 minutes the app said that the order was ready, and we waited 10 minutes until we arrived. I went inside and the employee said, "10 more minutes." We waited 15 minutes and it took another 10 to fifteen until the order was finally ready. I understand that New Years Eve is the busiest pizza day of the year, but please make the app more accurate.

Your manager could be professional not only to customers but to also employees. Pizzas were good chicken wings were cold and not tossed in sauced. Looked like the sauce was squirted in the bottom of the bowl. Amd all down the side of rhe container.
