Starbucks

This Starbucks is the not like other Starbucks. If you ask for steamed heavy cream, they say its not possible. I've never been in this situation at any other Starbucks. You would think all Starbucks is the same. Not this one. They do their own thing here. Beware of the fact you might not be able to get the same order here that you can at all the other Starbucks across the country.

Typically I love this Starbucks but today left me with a bad taste for it. I was about to order the same drink(blended pink drink with vanilla bean powder and whipped cream on top) I've ordered at over 20 Starbucks across the US just fine but as soon as I said blended pink drink the old cranky lady working stopped me and said "WE CANT BLEND PINK DRINKS" in an agitated voice. I explained to her that I've gotten this drink there at least a few dozen times and plenty other places but she said "unless they changed it and didn't tell me" so I asked if she was going to make it for me and she said "I've been here 13 years and we've never been allowed to do that" how is this possible if I have had it so many times over so many years. Starbucks, you need to make sure your batistas are better trained.

Always enjoy visiting here. Getting out of the parking lot by turning left can be trying at times, especially at lunchtime. Sometimes it's easier to park across the street in early morning as the Brick has a bigger lot and they don't open until lunchtime. The Staff here is great and know me well enough to ask if I want the Bold coffee of the day (that's what I get most times). I watch my star count to get the free beverage or food when I get enough points. I prefer this store to the downtown one (but I go there alot too) because there's usually not the wait as the downtown one.
