Crossbuck Brewing

Super fun place with a "fancy side" and a "casual side." We opted for the more casual side and loved the feel of the place. Our waiter, Ty, was attentive and knowledgeable about everything here. I'm not much of a beer drinker, but tried several hard ciders Ty recommended while a friend sampled a few IPAs. (I actually ended up tasting his IPA and next time here might venture out of my comfort zone and try some of their beers!) Salads were fresh, drinks were cold, food came out hot. The fries were to DIE FOR...and they're just french fries, right? But these were skin-on and a little over-cooked to perfection! The manager stopped by for a brief chat and as a whole, it was just a great place to dine! For just being Late March, they were plenty busy so I think they will be a big hit when tourism season is in full swing!

I ate here for the first time this evening as we celebrated our "we survived Christmas" party (the crew from Postal Annex+) and really enjoyed the experience! Our waiter, Ty, was very personable, cheerful, and overall did a great job with our service. I hope to quilt with him sometime! Our end of the table's orders were accurate and our drinks were refilled in a timely manner. I ordered the 8 oz Filet well done, and it was cooked perfectly and still very tender and delicious (so also major kudos to the chef!). Our busboy, Jacob, was incredibly polite and also timely in removing empty plates and glasses. And then Dee did an incredible presentation for our bananas foster, I personally loved the history he shared of the dish, and who doesn't love lighting things on fire! The music was kind of odd at first, being a medley of 90's hits, but then they became too much and many of us started singing along to the songs (not quietly at some points, and those people were NOT drinking). So, thank you for the enjoyable experience tonight, we look forward to dining in again!
