Cinnabon

So imagine your Cinnabon without the lines of extra icing that was added, that’s how they gave it to me I went back to ask if they could fix it and add more icing and she says they are all the same and she would have to charge me .70 to add more….the others were completely covered, as you can see if I was to do a 360 this is dry as heck and was barley any icing on it! Why make a big deal with me for something I purchasing from you guys that should be done right

I reported the manger by the name of Maria to the mall, in which I’m not sure if that was her real name. She got upset because my teenage daughter with my 8 year old child with her. My daughter brought back a drink because it tasted funny, in which Maria refused to make her another one. My daughter then asked for a refund, in which that became a problem as well. Finally after my daughter pleading with this woman for some time, she gave her a refund. I then headed over to the counter to ask what the problem was, and she explained that, she was just trying to tell my daughter that if she made another one, then she probably wouldn’t like that one either. I explained to her that, that wasn’t her place to make that call, and requested her name and info and reported her. There was nothing done, and Maria is still working there. I believe this was an act of racism, and will be contacting corporate, and will go public if need be.
